Tone Salon opened in 2020 after a dark season for our industry with a purpose: To elevate the work experience for professionals in our industry. We seek driven stylists to help create the best salon experience for our community, while working towards a wealthy life with a balance of time, health, connection, and income.
We love the details. Basic will never be enough for us. We could just make pretty hair, but we find that when we add a little "guac" to your experience, it brightens the day even more.

Experience: Pursuing Indiana Cosmetology License @ 1000 hours or <6 months experience as a licensed cosmetologist
Experience: Has completed foundational Associate Stylist training & Holds an Indiana Cosmetology License, is comfortable with color theory and placement, with an open mind to learning through our training program
Experience: 18+ months of industry experience, seeing 30-50 guests per month, receiving 10 referral requests per month or more for specialized services, is strategic with social media content, seeks education for specialty
Experience: 24+ months of industry experience, seeing 50+ guests per month, 6+ referral requests per month, completed Train the Trainer course through Tone Education, is responsible for upholding our associate program, is delegated to uphold our vision by leading stylists in the company to achieve their goals
Experience: 60+ months of industry experience, completed all requirements of the Visionary Stylist Role, 20hr/week cap behind the chair at 90% booked, leads operations for growth plans, Profit Share Eligible
