That is why we don't offer a stand alone service menu. You can think of our offerings as the Chef's Selection. When you reserve an appointment, everything you need will be included in the price, and that price will be clear to you as soon as you consult with a stylist. We offer multiple methods within our salon including Invisible Bead Extensions, but all share a common goal- prioritizing your scalp health. We believe that a healthy scalp means extensions are always to be "extra" and your hair will never be damaged by our work with proper care.
We offer over 36 different in-salon treatment options, as well as a variety of take home treatments, so you can be sure that your hair concerns are taken care of. Whether you are in need of some deep repair, hydration, or just want special volume for an event, one of our tailored options is suited just for you.
Each of our color sessions are completely customized to your lifestyle, budget, and goals. All of our Signature Custom Color Sessions include an application, Tonal Harmony Treatment, Lather Lounge Experience, a Signature Tone Trim, and Blown styling experience.

Not due for full blonding but need a touch up? This service will help touch up the highlights around your face and part line to keep your maintenance level low.
We do also offer haircut services without any color service. Come in to have our stylists give a thorough consultation, then relax in our lather lounge, receive a personalized haircut, then get taken away with a blow dry & style.
If you need a quick touch up for an event, or maybe your sparkles start shining a little too soon, come in for this session to quickly disguise some grey, or to bring tonal harmony back to highlights.

We do not accept walk-ins for appointments. Although our waiting area is full of amenities to make sure you are comfortable, we believe in a tailored salon experience that our stylists are prepared for. No! Although we are best known in our community for our signature color & extension techniques, we are a full service salon that can take care of your whole family. Please note, our menu pricing is not subject to gender, or age, or length/texture. We base our service pricing on the amount of time scheduled and the amount of products used to achieve your results. Their products are high-performing without bad ingredients or fragrance, and their color provides stunning & natural results. We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to contact someone who could use a good hair day! All clients are required to give a 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellations to their appointment. This ensures that you and other guests receive the best possible experience with us. We require a credit card to be on file to hold all reservations with us. Violators of this policy are subject to a fee of 50% of the service total. Guests who do not show up at all for their services will be required to pay 100% of the service total using the card on file.

If for some reason you aren't loving your new look, please contact us within 5 days, and we will be happy to fix the issue at no additional charge with the original stylist of the service. Results are only guaranteed beyond this time frame if you are using products sold to you by Tone Salon, and following all aftercare instructions provided by your stylist. If you are unsatisfied with a retail purchase, you have 30 days to exchange for the full purchase amount. NO REFUNDS are given for service or retail purchases. Please check that you agree to this policy before proceeding. If we choose to give you a refund for services, we reserve the right to remove you from our client list.

No problem at all. Our services are mainly based on time and product, so if you are a new guest with us and are looking to make a major change to your color, we recommend booking for The Lived-In Look or Luxury Look to ensure your stylist has the most time available for you. When booking any other service, please contact us, and we will be happy to get you booked by email or phone.

If you have any issues with your service or retail purchase with us, we ask that you call the salon directly at 3179381342. Gabi & Lauren are on our Independent Stylist Team, so your purchase is subject to their own individual satisfaction policies, and you can feel free to contact them directly. We prefer to streamline all communication for issues through the salon for all other stylists to make sure we can create the best solution for you. We prefer you do not reach out to us via social media if you have any concerns about your service or purchase.
